Sound therapy is the practice of using sound vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Using specially tuned instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and bells, a trained practitioner produces sounds that work with your body to encourage a deep state of rest and restoration.
Everything in nature vibrates at its own frequency, including every cell in the human body. When we experience stress, illness, or emotional strain, these natural frequencies can fall out of balance. Sound therapy works by introducing vibrations that help guide the body back towards its natural state of harmony , a process known as entrainment.
During a session, the sound waves also interact with the water in our bodies, which makes up around 70% of us, stimulating circulation and calming the nervous system. As the brain responds to the frequencies, it naturally shifts into slower brainwave states associated with deep meditation and rest.
The benefits can be physical, mental, and emotional. People commonly experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, relief from muscle tension, greater emotional clarity, and an overall sense of calm and grounding. Every experience is unique, and each session meets you exactly where you are.

Hi! I'm Jonathan. My journey into yoga began in 2009, purely out of curiosity. I was a student in London, and the gym I'd joined happened to offer yoga classes. I tried one, and I was hooked from that very first session.
After years of deepening my practice, I travelled to India to complete my yoga teacher training, immersing myself in Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Meditation. It was a transformative time, and it was there, completely unplanned, that I discovered Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound. That unexpected encounter changed the direction of my practice entirely.
The experience stayed with me, and in 2026 I completed my training in sound healing, specialising in chakra bowl therapy and soundbath facilitation. Today, my practice weaves together yoga and sound healing; two paths that, for me, have always been connected.
I've experienced the wonders of these practices first-hand, and I simply want to bring that to the people around me. My goal is to serve my community and help others benefit from the same healing and stillness that transformed my own life.
